The Block Party celebration of the year — and Flance’s largest fundraiser — returns June 5th this year. This completely free event features live music, make-and-take art and crafts, delicious food and lots of family fun. This year’s Pinwheel of Excellence Honoree will be PNC Bank, who is being honored for their commitment to championing children at Flance, across St. Louis and beyond. Flance Fest is a rain or shine event open to the community as well as Flance families and friends. All fundraising this year from donors and sponsorships will go towards repairing and enhancing Flance’s outdoor equiptment, playgrounds and learning experiences for Flance and neighborhood children.
