Foster Grandparents

In November 2016, Flance Early Learning Center partnered with Cardinal Ritter Senior Services' "Foster Grandparent Program". The Foster Grandparent Program is a volunteer program for seniors to provide stable, caring, and loving relationships with children who have special or exceptional needs. It’s a federally-funded program established in 1965, which is locally administered by Cardinal Ritter Senior Services. Foster Grandparents give the kind of comfort and love that sets a child on the path towards a successful future.

In April and May 2018, Flance welcomed three new Foster Grandparents to Flance. We have six Foster Grandparents serving Flance's children.
